Return & Replacement Policy

At EveryKraft, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. As our products include handcrafted, decorative, and collectible items, we currently do not offer returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect purchases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement, please email us at everykraft@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • An unboxing video (if available)

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement requests are accepted only if:

  • The item arrived damaged during transit

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Minor variations in handcrafted products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped to you.

  • In some cases, we may arrange pickup of the damaged item.

  • If the same item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at our discretion.
